Doing Great and LOVING Advocare!!!

Well to date my sweet hubby has lost 14 pounds and I am on day 5 feeling better than I have in forever (even with an abdominal hernia weighing me down)!!!  The person you are is the person you want to be...so if don't like who you currently are when you look into the mirror make that change TODAY!!! If you don't do it for you then who will???? NO ONE!! One decision we made was for us to make a healthier lifestyle for us and to model that for our children.  It has been easy, because we are seeing results and feel better than ever.  Now for you to step out and take that leap of faith for your future into a better health for you. Some helpful tips for those of you who have already decided to start either advocare challenge, use their products or eat a cleaner, healthier diet:

Start your day off with water (add spark to increase energy)
Have a protein and veggie for breakfast to make sure you feel full and are not overly loaded with carbs to start your day
Have a smart snack of nuts, fruits, a veggie w/ some hummus
Then for lunch pack it with a protein, veggie and a complex carb such as whole grains or potatoes
Then repeat that same snack idea for mid day
Then dinner can be a delicious lean meat, salad, your favorite veggies and some complex carbohydrate.
Believe me you won't be hungry and you will feel full, but not bloated and overly stuffed:)  This is my favorite part.  I know that I am full, but I don't feel sick.....I ENJOY MY FOOD!!!


Make sure you are drinking lots of water......1/2 your weight in ounces.....may sound like a lot but it will get easier as you go.
